In preparation for the Evergreen School Board Election, the following arrangements for voting have been undertaken

Advance Voting

For the purpose of accommodating persons who are qualified to vote, but who have reason to believe that they will be absent or otherwise unable to attend their voting place on election day, advance voting opportunities will be available as follows

Mobile Voting

For the purpose of accommodating persons who are qualified to vote, but reside at a health care or assisted living facility, a mobile poll will be set up on dates to be determined.

Application to vote by sealed envelope

A voter who is unable to go in person to the voting place or vote in advance, may apply by email to SEO@ESD.CA

A voter may apply between September 23, 2026 and October 25, 2026

A voter applying by email will receive a sealed envelope ballot package by regular post (if received before October 17, 2026) or by making alternate arrangements with the Senior Election Official. For applications received after October 17th 2026, ballot packages will need to be picked up in person.

Written applications must be accompanied by legible photocopies of official identification, including a photograph of the voter.
