✨ Board Meeting Highlights – October 21, 2025 ✨

At last night’s board meeting, Trustees celebrated Evergreen’s leadership and investments in student success:

📌 Trustee Kohler highlighted the principal presentation on school restructuring — and the fantastic work of school principals in ensuring families were supported through the transition.

📌 Trustee Helgason said the quote, “great teaching every day, in every classroom. That’s the Evergreen promise” truly resonated, and praised Superintendent Hill for his leadership and transparency throughout the reconfiguration.

📌 Trustees Helgason and Mosher noted we are “punching above our weight,” with a mentorship between our Student Services department and another school division — a structure recommended by Manitoba Education consultants following our recent Student Services Review.

📌 Trustee Davies shared pride in the over $1 million investment in reconfiguration, ensuring equity and strong learning opportunities in our smaller schools.
