Principal's Message

It is my pleasure to welcome back students and staff to Riverton Collegiate for the 2026-2027 school year!

RCI is a small grade 7-12 school with 100 students located in the Interlake community of Riverton Manitoba, where we are fortunate to have the beautiful Icelandic River wind its way past our school and through town as it makes its way to Lake Winnipeg.

We have a dedicated staff of 10 teachers, 4 educational assistants, a secretary, part-time librarian, head day-time caretaker and two evening caretakers. This small but caring staff goes above and beyond daily, to provide a safe learning environment and quality education for our students.

RCI is very proud of its connections with the community and celebrates our diversity through numerous in-school and out of school partnerships.

We are looking forward to a great year!

Mr. Randy Semenek
