🌍 October is Dyslexia Awareness Month

At Evergreen School Division, we believe every student deserves the tools and support to succeed, including our students with dyslexia. In recent years, we’ve focused on:

  • Early identification through universal screening
  • Using structured literacy approaches that support all learners
  • Offering targeted interventions and assistive technology when needed

We also recognize there’s more work ahead, particularly in making sure every student, at every grade, gets what they need.

📣 Join us at the Manitoba Right to Read Release Event

  • 🗓️ Thursday, October 30, 2025
  • 🕕 Doors open at 6:00 p.m., program starts at 6:30 p.m.

  • This event will feature speakers, the unveiling of the Manitoba Right to Read report, and conversation about pathways forward. Registration is free (suggested donation: $20) Dyslexia Canada

Let’s stand together—educators, families, students, and community—to make reading access fair, supportive, and strong.
