Recently, a team of Evergreen educators spent their weekend attending the Language and Literacy Conference in Toronto, where they connected with national experts in Structured Literacy, reading science, and evidence-based practices. These sessions further strengthened the expertise we’re already cultivating right here in Evergreen classrooms.

We’re proud to say that while Manitoba is just beginning to explore Structured Literacy, Evergreen has long been a provincial leader. Our commitment to evidence-based literacy instruction ensures that every student has access to the best possible tools and support to become a successful reader.
